I agree Duluth is a great place to raise kids BUT until jobs that pay a living wage come here the kids will leave. My daughter growing up in Norton Park was great with a local church where she went from bible student to suday school teacher and the community club where she went from playing in the park to working there in high school I couln’t wish for a better area BUT when go to work time came around I told her Mpls was the closest she could go and I recomened that she head south- she is an attorney in Tampa
