why wouldn’t there be plenty of Corn? Any land owner would need a real good reason not to want to get a return of $1600.00 to $2400.00 per Acre and not plant Corn . Beans would only give a return of $800.00. Don’t forget, presz b o’s Farm program (crop Ins.) does promise those dollar returns per acre. Just think the return on 1000 acres, course that 1000 acres is worth $10 to $12 Million dollars, thanks again to presz b o’s farm program, paid for with our Income tax dollars.
*secretly wondering about Iowa, Nebraska and tons of other states that don’t have a crop* … and hmmmm … sounds like it’s about 160 bushels per acre @ $8 … that shows about $1280 per acre … oh there are those other ‘pesky’ things to consider … fuel, equipment, labor, trucks, fertilizer, seed … pretty sure I have missed tons … let’s at least get a $$ amount right!
