Question I posed earlier in a related thread has been settled.
The Government improperly failed to consider Riemer’s evidence.
They ignored Riemers rather than antagonize the Two Parties for their failure to follow proper procedure.

This idiot wanted the other guys removed so he would be the sole canidate to win, cause he knows NO ONE would vote for him, cause the only place he could really run is maybe a little girl’s doll house. This guy is a complete disgrace to anyone. Look here about a year ago he was trying to charge a Grand Forks Police Department cop for publishing his address to the public cause he allowed a SEX OFFENDER to stay with him until he could get the guy a place to live. So he feels people that lived near him should know he had a SEX OFFENDER living in his home, kinda makes you think, what he would do with the Sex Offenders law once he back Govenor of the state, and all the Sex Offender from around the country would flock to ND cause they know he would protect them.

Shurkey, you’ve been exposed, bud. Next time, have your Lt. Gov. candidate file his papers correctly and you’ll be on the ballot, but you will need to use your real name,

What worries me is that sooner or later these protections won’t work, and the public may not see this for what it is, and may actually accidentally elect this guy to office. Talk about the inmates running the asylum!

They already have been all across the country. They are called the tea party.

As I’ve said before, if this guy and his partner can’t get it together enough to submit the proper paperwork, then how can they possibly expect to manage the duties and responsibilities associated with governing?
So long, farewell
Auf Weidersehen, goodbye

I wish the debates on these boards could stay a little healthier. I guess I don’t have to come here, but we’re taking the civil out of civilization.
