This time, it was turnovers.
The Jamestown High School football team forced Bismarck Century to turn the ball over on downs three times in the first half, but two interceptions and two fumbles from the Blue Jay offense led the Patriots to a big halftime lead and a 35-8 West Region victory Friday night at Ernie Gates Field.

Way to go guys! Maybe next time you can make fun of the students at the Anne Carlsen Center… or maybe poking fun at a group of guys in high school is where you folks draw the line… stay classy.

I wasn’t poking fun at the kids at all. I think the kids train hard, try hard and give it all they have. I was referring to all of the people that thought Cahill was the problem last year.

I think that article is the biggest reason for the lack of success in JHS team sports than anything. Seeing enrollment in the school district drop by almost 800 students since 1997-1998 has to take a toll on team sports.

I agree. Also back when I graduated there was no boys soccer either. So now you have fewer students and more sports to participate in. Not a good combination for success.
