Robison gets 13 years in prison on local charge

WILLMAR Christopher Shawn Robison, 37, of Willmar, was sentenced Friday to 13 years in prison, plus a 10-year conditional release period, on a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge for sexual contact with a now 4-year-old child in July 2011.

I understand the charges but this man has already been sentenced in Federal court to 30yrs, and he will do nearly 90% of that time, so how much should this county spend to give a creep like this state time, when he belongs to the Feds first? Add up the cost to the county on this one and is it really worth it?
