Marriage amendment signs missing

In just a few weeks, Minnesotans will be voting on a proposed amendment to the Minnesota Constitution that would ban gay marriage. In May 2011, the Minnesota Legislature voted to place the issue on the November 2012 ballot. Well, of course it’s someone who’s opposed to the amendment who’s taking the signs. Proponents wouldn’t steal their own signs! And I heard it happened in Duluth, too. Whoever did it must be very afraid of the influence of those signs–and very mean-spirited. As for the amendment itself: redefining something to make it fit another agenda is ludicrous.
