I see a lot of reasoning for his failure but nothing about his successes. It is long past the time that we can afford to pass out second chances. It’s time to give someone else a chance to succeed!

You will see only what you want to see, or what others tell you to see. I’m sure everybody has been given more than one “second chance” in life. The US is moving forward, not back, albeit more slowly than anyone would like.
If we’re going to give “someone else a chance to succeed”, you better be certain it is the RIGHT someone, not just “anyone”. Many Republicans still think that Romney’s an “anyone”. Check out what your buddy Rush had to say in this regard.
RUSH LIMBAUGH: Romney, the best thing he can do is remember this election isn’t about him. He may as well be Elmer Fudd as far as we’re concerned. We’re voting against Obama. I don’t care who they put on the ticket, we’re voting against Obama.
If you think Romney’s the best the Republicans have to offer, vote for him. If you’re voting for him only because he’s not Obama, your priorities are all screwed up.

The writer doesn’t deserve your disdain or sarcasm. Which Bible verse troubles you the most?
We will look forward to your rebuttal, in writing, in the Letters to the Editor section in the upcoming days. Be sure to sign your name.
Facts, and sincere well-thought-out commentary, are distasteful to some people.

“Which Bible verse troubles you the most?”
What the heck are you talking about and how can you say the USA is moving forward!
16 TRILLION dollars in debt, almost $4.00 gallon gas, 23 MILLION Americans out of work, shall I go on? Your only comeback is obama deserves a “second chance”…now that is distasteful. Why so interested in what my name is?

If you believe that Mitt Romney is going to solve all problems, vote for him. It’s that simple.
Facts are facts. Look at the stock market; look at 30 months of job growth. Check out today’s housing and housing construction numbers. Little by little, we are moving forward. Is it fast enough? Like I said before, no it’s not fast enough for just about everyone, including the President, who has repeatedly stated that. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of reasons why the global economy is sluggish, the debt is high (unfunded wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, for example) and why gas prices are high (spiking demand in China and India sound familiar to you?). I’m not going to spend time delineating any more of these. Your mind is made up.
I couldn’t care less what your real name is. Fred, Ethel, Lucy, Ricky, Mickey, Minnie, it matters not to me. I was just pointing out that the Globe requires that letters to the editor carry the writer’s real name. I’d like see your well-thought-out rebuttal to this writer’s letter.

“He never bragged about being a Christian” that would be hard to do when you spent 20 years sitting in Rev Wright’s Hate church! I also wonder who sent him but I’d be more inclined to think of some foreign entity!
I re-read this letter and the more I read the farther out of touch the author appears, either that or it is a joke…

“Facts are facts. Look at the stock market; look at 30 months of job growth.”—- And under George Bush, there was 52 straight months of job growth. Bet that didn’t stop you from continually bashing him, did it? “and why gas prices are high”– It HAS to be because of Obama doesn’t it? Remember when the gas prices rose under Bush and the liberals claimed it was his fault? Remember Nancy Pelosi spouting off that; “alls you have to do is drive to your local gas station to see what Bush has created?” And others saying it was Bush enriching his rich oil buddies? C’mon, quit being so harshly partisan to your chosen political party. Lies are lies, no matter what side they are coming from, and I KNOW full well you know this also and have actually seen NUMEROUS lies, etc. coming out of your administration of choice.

What I find especially puzzling is, with the thousands of major news sources in the U.S. WHY do only get commentary from the rabidly liberal Washington Post? Hmmmm, are the big folks at the Daily Globe slanting to the left, and peddling Kool Aid from their stand too?
