I have been a National Widlife Federation Habitat for 15 years. It is nothing but a sign on a post. Appreciate when they did but it is not that special in the case of any protection.

Great to see a school getting kids into the outdoors. If Minnesota wants to maintain it’s unique status as a state that appreciates wild spaces we’ll need to get our kids to value nature too. Way to go DE.

Dislike if you care, but please explain. The 3 R’s are a complete failure in the school system but we have time and resources to go out in the woods to practice what should be college level course..?
