Sex offenders can stir up a lot of fear and anger in a community. This is somewhat bogus. The actual recidivism rate for sex offenders has been proven to be between 3-5%. A recent Connecticut study showed them to be at 2%. I think they are pulling the wool over someone’s eyes in order to procure funding.
