I think Duluth has seen it’s fair share of road closures. One bridge is essentially closed right now, and there’s been plenty of construction all around. This event closed down hwy 35 from the WI exit all the way past 21st ave E. Traffic was backed up at least 7 miles for this silly roller blading event. There were barely any spectators for. Stupid
