10 or 20 years. What a short sighted plan!
All roads in western North Dakota should be engineered and built for a 500 year life span. When the oil is gone we should have excellent infrastructure in place not an industrial wasteland. And yes it can be done and there is the money to do it. Wake up folks before it is too late. Senator Tim Mathern
