City Council bans smoking on Duluth Lakewalk

Councilors Patrick Boyle and Jim Stauber introduced the resolution, which forbids the smoking of tobacco or other substances, such as synthetic marijuana or “bath salts,” within 6 feet of the Lakewalk path and parks.
