Government should NOT subsidize housing; government should not subsidize religious groups; and government should not subsidize individual businesses.
A perfect trifecta of government mismanagement and abuse of the taxpayer.

I doubt this statement, how will they collect taxes from what I would think is a charity?
I am not opposed to this deal but I wish they wouldn’t make statements like this to try make it sound better than it is.

So the city gives away a lot, and refuses a license to an intimate apparrel business. That’s like Hal giving away his liquor and refusing to sell it to paying customers. But in the former case, it ain’t Hal’s money the city loses.
