The guy is in his eighties. The maximum or minimum sentence will probably be the same. Huber knows this. He’s going to have free health care, food, shelter, and probably better living conditions than he’s ever had. While he will not be out to enjoy the freedoms we all share, Huber knows this is short term.

It was a cold blooded murder by a very contemptable old man who deserves to die in prison for his crime. This is his death sentence whether some people like it or not. The family man and school teacher he murdered was sentenced to death by Huber, so its ironic that he will meet his faith, only it will be in prison of old age!
