I’d like to require ND courts to say what they are thinking rather than just hearing the offical rulings and dismissals. You know, like the movie “Liar, Liar.” Move it around from state to state. When someone is making a laughing stock of himself, someone should tell him. Our courts are much, much too polite.

With all the fanatics out here now days it’s probably best to keep it to official language. A judge says the wrong thing and the next thing you know there might be several new suits brought up claiming the judge was prejudice against the party or something.

Regardless if we had a President get a court decision to put him in power, if you haven’t followed the basic rules you can’t sue yourself into a governor position.

“In the petition filed Thursday, Riemers asked the court to force Secretary of State Al Jaeger to remove the Republican and Democratic candidates, claiming they failed to submit their paperwork separately, as mandated under state law. ”
Not enough information.
If the other candidates truly didn’t follow the law, then Roland should be excused for the mistake of his running mate.
