DFLer Gov m dayton made real sure that out of 87 counties in Mn. many needing lots of help , one County, DFLer Stronghold , St Louis(Duluth ) got 167 Milliion and the other 86 counties split 13 million where needed. Looks like HE will win again, after all out of 5 million Minnesotans HE did win by 8,000. This 167 million going up to the Parties stronghold , I’m sure will not lower HIS 8,000 vote win, will it?
