WILLMAR The 21-year-old man apprehended in Randall County, Texas, in connection with the July 29 sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl in Willmar will eventually be returned to Kandiyohi County to face a felony sex charge here.

Too bad they couldn’t leave him in the TX prison where he belongs!If he is convicted or takes a plea he still belongs to Tx until his time is served there, unless they agree to send him to prison here? Looks like another sexual predator MN has to deal with!
