City Council Members,
Please don’t stand in the way of growing Jamestown. Listen to what people that are involved in real estate have to say!! Jamestown is sitting on the edge of growth that the rest of North Dakota is experiencing, don’t put up a barrier to development.

I really don’t think we should turn up our noses at any jobs being created. I love it when people criticize that they are only $8 an hour jobs. Do you want to pay $20 for your frozen yogurt? Then they can get paid more! These people against it are the same ones that complain about their service from McDonalds saying the employee needs a refresher on customer service. People wonder why Jamestown population keeps declining. Perhaps next to the worlds largest buffalo we should have the worlds largest mirror.

I have no problem with $8/hr jobs. I take issue with subsidizing said $8/hr jobs with taxpayer money and calling it economic development. If they are going to provide corporate welfare, the jobs should at least provide a living wage.
