In the Republicans view the economy is not doing well but all the stats do not point to this as a matter of fact there is improvement, and as soon as we are out of the M.E it will get better we are spending billions a month fighting there. Of course you can’t expect to completely fix the economy in 4yrs that took 8yrs to wreck. If Republicans jumped on the band wagon in stead of trying to undermine everything the President is trying to do this economy could be in even better shape!

Carl the homes were discovered underwater after the housing market crash in 2007. The millions of homes being foreclosed on were forecasted by some to be an epidemic, yet bankers convinced Bush the problem was not that bad. Bushes financial advisers even admitted they had screwed up. Obama is the one approving programs to help those still being foreclosed on, and the evidence points to predatory lending and lack of regulations that were lifted in 2003. Greed was a big factor, and everyone was pocketing fees, and inflating property values, as well as consumers incomes, to close deals. Wallstreet purchased many of these toxic loans when things took a turn for the worst. Wallstreet took a massive hit, so they needed tax payers bailouts worth over a trillion dollars, but the damage was done. Many homes purchased in the early part of the decade were under water because they were valued almost twice the amount they were actually worth. Carl I don’t know where your info comes from, but this massive housing collapse and loss of jobs are the product of the Bush era, Obama didn’t create it, or was he responsible for it. It will take years to repair the damage. Carl incase you are not aware there are 3 million people hiring for jobs the independent report came out with, and the economy has improved. The problem is not the economy, the problem is we are being robbed by the big corporations, as well as the wealthy, and both liberals and conservatives are the victims. These corporations and the wealthy are afraid of Obama simply because they can’t figure him out. Obama is a people’s President looking out for the socially strapped, the elderly, the disabled and many on a fixed a income. In 2008, when the corporations realized he was going to win, they then backed him. Of course now that the race is agin rearing it ugly head, Obama is ahead but the corporations, and the wealthy with the blessings of the Republicans are trying to pour as much money as they can into the race to hopefully take down the President. The big problem for them is the urban city voters who vote late, and are not really accounted for until they hit the polls. Besides the city dwellers, women are now rallying to cast their votes for the Dems. They too are sick and tired of some Republican Politicans trying to pass bills to put controls on womens rights, and making outrageous comments about women who were raped then told they should be forced to bare a rapists child. The radical and insane logic of some Republicans are killing their own party, and no matter what voter restrictions they try to implement or enforce, the rude awakening at the polls will be another reminder that they need to really regroup, and only hope they can win in 2016. Hillary plans to run then, and she may just be out first Female President? It is what Mittmoney and Paul slash’em Ryan are not saying that many voters need to be weary about!
