The concrete poured in ’37 is still in use today.
The concrete used for the 32nd Ave upgrade of just a few years ago, is falling apart and had to be re-done; with damage still visible because it hasn’t all been repaired yet.
What’s wrong with Grand Forks street department? Why are they allowing contractors to perform defective work?
