Corruption is the M.O. of the state. They are rotten to the core; integrity is the sacrificial lamb to power. They smile in your face, and then slither through the grass like snakes (which is really an insult to snakes).

The system in ND requires divided power to keep things honest. When everything went Republican, the control was gone and now it’s ND for sale-cheap! Many boards such as the PSC, the Industrial Commission, the State Investment Board, and on and on now have not a single Democrat to keep things honest. PSC donations are just a tip of the iceberg.
