North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple on Wednesday dismissed a request to oust Stark County Sheriff Clarence Tuhy from his elected position, according to a report released by the governor’s office. Continue Reading

This could go two ways. Tuhy will either be nice to his employees or he will say, “You thought I was bad before.”

Another example of poor leadership by the governor. I am sure things will improve at the Stark Co. Sheriff’s office for the short term, but will go back to what they were after some time. You cannot teach an old dog new tricks. Hopefully the voters will have some good sheriff candidates to pick from when the election comes up in about two years.
