Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter how many warning signs they put up. It won’t do anything to grab the attention of the people talking, texting, applying makeup, reading the paper, emailing, etc.
The 4 lanes will be a welcome change.

Put in speed bumps. That’ll teach those leadfoots.

They shouldn’t need to do a different configuration. That costs the taxpayers more money. People just need to PAY ATTENTION when driving especially in construction zone. People don’t pay any attention when there isn’t a construction zone. Do you think they will when there is one?!
