Did this man have a driver’s license? If so, why? I am absolutely livid!! Think before you drink and drive!

He will get 2 to 10 years in prison.
We should all be ashamed that sentencing guidelines are so lenient for this type of criminal activity.

wondering WHO is hitting dislike … I don’t get it … his blood alcohol was immense … does someone actually feel he is being mistreated while a family grieves for a dead baby … as I said, I don’t get the dislikes … WHO are you that think what this man did was okay???

Two things we all need to understand. Dana Schoen is a murderer. The crash between the Acadia and Schoen’s Dodge was NOT an accident. It was murder plain and simple.
No different than firing a loaded gun into a crowd of people. (Hmm, have we seen that happen lately too?)

Alas there apparently are people who truly believe that drinking and driving is okay … that causing an accident while under the influence and killing or maiming someone else who is totally innocent is okay as well … my children knew to never drink and drive … to this day they are almost always the designated drivers … it begins at home …. for those of you who dislike this and the above posts … shame on you AND

Really wish the ‘dislikers’ would explain their dislikes … or is it just me you dislike … if so tell me, I don’t post here that often so who gives a flip … if you think drinking and driving should be legal then please say so, you have a right to say so … don’t hide behind ‘dislikes’ it makes you look like a coward … as far as I can tell there are several people who believe drinking is driving and killing someone is perfectly fine … hope I never meet you on the road while you have been drinking and driving!

This is an irresponsible person who kept rolling the dice thinking it couldn’t happen to him. The problem is these idiots always seem to kill innocent people, and destroy families with their total disregard for laws and safety. Driving is a privilege not a right, and again a sad end for someone totally innocent! Why is that some who drink have to drive? Stay home, or get a ride from a sober person.

Jessie those hitting dislike will not explain their reasons because they hide behind a computer. For whatever reason you would think they would just not hit dislike if they know the person responsible for this murder of an innocent person. Yes, I believe its murder even though the law states otherwise, because its no accident when you know drinking and driving could kill! Maybe we have some who drink and drive that hit the dislike? No excuses, no explanation, to any of us is needed, but if they do have one try explaining it to the victims family…

It just totally baffles me! I will take it as a ‘personal’ dislike of me, but LMAO you don’t know me, you really know nothing of me. I truly would never believe that any sane person would believe that drinking and driving is an okay thing …. so it must be me … ok, go ahead, hit dislike lol … how about HIT DISLIKE IF YOU DISLIKE ME! and then tell me why you dislike me??? dang! do you have the courage to tell me why you personally dislike me and my views on drinking and driving … go ahead, as we say in the Midwest “I double dog dare you”

Just thought jimmy and jessie but you are turning this in to something about yourselves and have lost focus on the fact that a very young child was killed.
