The wall was installed two years ago along with a new restaurant building on the longtime McDonald’s site at 21st Avenue East.

It’s funny that Gist would claim that he knew nothing about the outward lean. What is the point of denying it? It’s simple… The wall was starting to tip and needed to be reengineered and rebuilt. You mean cosmetic issues with the wall are going to prohibit my ability to enjoy some spicy Chicken bites or that II may have to walk a block to get my snack size Oreo mcflurry. Dang!

Anyone could clearly see the wall was not built right and was falling over, good thing they decided to take care of it asap, now if they could do something about their food! lol!

That wall had been leaning for some time. Way before the flood in June. Why are they trying to cover this up? Why else would you tear down a wall that is only a couple years old? It was failing…poor design or poor construction. Or both.
