I had worse morning sickness with my son than the baby girl I’m currently gestating. I carried both high. My son’s heart rate was always in the upper 150s, baby girl is in the upper 130s. I craved salts and sweets with both, nut rolls are the best candy ever because they satisfy both.
These myths are bogus.
