Par for the course. All over, superintendents change positions more frequently than top CEOs. That Dixon character told Duluth he wanted to”retire” to spend more time with family when he was really out scouting for a new superintendent spot. He’s still sitting at that “interim” job.

After all the Wrenshall district has been through due to Herman’s unprofessional behavior, I for one, am glad they have the opportunity to grow again into the strong unit they strive for.

Two terms that have become cliche’s:
“I’m leaving to persue other interests” Usual translation, I’m leaving/resigning because I’m about to be fired if I don’t.
“I’m leaving in order to spend more time with my family” Common translation, I’m leaving because I’m not happy here and am looking for something better.
