I go to the BWCA to get away from civilization and unnatural lights in the sky, the last thing I want to see is a tower with bright flashing lights. AT&T has one motivation and that’s money and their saying it would be a benefit is their benefit. They can put up shorter towers that will benefit residence in the area that will not be seen when in the BWCA. As for a benefit to travelers within the BWCA on a safety point if an emergency should take place there are already satellite systems and emergency transmitters travelers can use while in the BWCA.
