Sad commentary about this town, this Red Plan when a Congdon hockey rick is “one of the most drawn-out controversies within the Red Plan” when the Central part of town was gutted of schools, when an unncessary new middle school mars the hill, when there are huge cost over runs resulting in no more energy efficiencies but increased costs and teacher layoffs. And the list goes on and on…
