Sorry, but Pauline, you’re a nut case with a grudge. Get out of the way of improvements for your city.
And city, make your plans for adding accessibility as a future benefit but get the pier in place now with the same argument used by Federal and State government for not immediately acting on ADA, undue burden.

I’m all for the ADA act, but when it imposes an undue financial burden on a community like Newport with limited financial resources, there should be limits to it being required. Not every place can be ADA compliant.
