So the Mayor has been trying to sell this for years, and yet no one has ever looked at the traffic impact? How does that work?

Fix west point douglas access-build it there somewhere. Nice flat ground available and already zoned commercial/industrial. 220 ft is way too close to residential for an operation as big as Wally World. What is the fixation with the drive-in site anyway?

So one of the complaints is that the building will only be 220 feet from the nearest residence? How far are Menards and Cub? Both are well under the 220 feet. If anybody has actually seen the site plan, Walmart isn’t actually taking any of the drive-in site, which is closing after this season anyway.
