It’s nice to know the watering restrictions have been lifted–especially since some of my neighbors completely ignored them. What’s the point of a ban if it is not going to be enforced? I saw one neighbor water his lawn EVERY DAY of the ban between 4 and 5. Another waters his lawn every day around 3. I guess ignorance is bliss. Or at least an excuse to ignore the rules.
