My name is Mark Heinzman and I work for the Vesel Law Firm. I think this reporter did a great job of exposing the lender. T has no intention of helping families that are in distress. The FDD Porgram was designed to help families that have been affected by a disaster such as the floods in your community.
It is sad that is such a powerfull program is not even being addressed by our governemnt officials or lenders.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are taking your money, and only then doing a loan modification with a company that is not licensed with the commerce department in Minnesota to do loan Modifications. The attorney is a drunk, and the people that work there scam you! There is a current investigation with these people!
Do your own research on these guys, there are complaints with the Board on them, and also the IRS with the loan Mod company!!
