(AP) An unrelenting President Barack Obama jabbed at Mitt Romney’s record with a private equity firm in an ad Saturday that aimed to keep his rival on the defensive just as the Republican challenger’s campaign hoped to take advantage of poor economic data to gain an edge on the incumbent.

Ya right….He’s the one who has had job creation plans that the right keeps voting down…But he’s the one who is killing jobs…….Wall Street has been going gang busters under him so if the fat cats weren’t hording their money and investing around the globe other than in America like they were supposed to with the money we gave them…There would be jobs….
This is classic Milton Friedman crap going on. You make conditions deterriorate untile the working class will settle for whatever they can get. Hell…This is something we all should be pissed about and not just a left/right issue….We’re all under attack from the wealth barrons…..History shows how their greed has no sympathy for the masses. It wasn’t until people started to stand together against them that we broke that, but now it’s all heading right back to those good old days which will be bleak for all of us unless we stop thinking it’s just a left/right issue

If what the “wealth barons” have is so bad why does everyone else want it? If you want what they have go out and get your own, that’s what I did. This was and maybe still is, for a little while yet, the land of opportunity. The government takes far more from me than those evil “wealth barons” and is the biggest obstacle to prosperity we have.

I’m not talking about people who make a lot of money in general. I’m talking about the mega banks and corporations that have the real wealth and have basically used their wealth to take over our political system so they can really increase their greed. Look awhat they’ve done to the American job market. They’ve managed to get wonderful programs like NAFTA (Under Clinton) passed so that they could move into thrid world countries and then export products back here for less. They’ve managed to also get tarrifs down in general. They’re trying like hell to get it so they can get Mexican drivers to come way up north from Mexico so they can ship their crap to Mexico first and then bring it up and save even more money. Fortunately so far the resistance to allow trucks that aren’t up to US regs and drivers who can’t read English has been strong enough to stop that, but they’re still working on it.
In many ways the actions by the actual wealth barrons comes across as anti-American. Maybe others want to join into the greed fest, but this can’t be substained. You can’t keep making the economy so top heavy without in toppling over. Time and again in history this has been the down fall of great nations……We humans just never seem to catch on…
