Why would anyone in their right mind want to kill such a great animal. Wolves take the old and sick out of the deer and moose herds, which is good. Humans take the “trophies” out of the deer and moose herds, which is bad. Let the wolves to the hunting – they’re far better at it then us.

FYI both DNRs include trapping ie foot traps and snares as part of their wolf management season.

I have enjoyed quite a bit of deer sausage over the years but so far no wolf and I plan on keeping it that way. Make me happy…take me fishing.
