$1.00 for a building that would otherwise be cost prohibitive for a small town.

I’m pleased the community of Wales received the building but I question the government spending $790,000 on a building they only used for 6 years.

If I remember correctly, one (Conrad???) member of the North Dakota Congressional Delegation questioned the money being spent at low traffic border ports.
