carl, he was booed but received a standing ovation at the end of his speech. I admire Romney for addressing the NAACP. It shows he will be the president for all Americans if elected. He was speaking to a full auditorium. The auditorium was near empty for Bidens speech!!

Romney addressed the NAACP and was given a standing ovation at the conclusion of his speech. Randy, regaurdless of who traveled on Romney’s plane he addressed a group that voted 92% for Obama last time and demonstrated he will be president to all Americans if elected. Eventhough he will not pick up much of the black vote, I am glad he made the effort!!!

We are given a “Choice”, yeah right, that is like saying when you go to a restuarant that they only serve chicken or fish. What? Shan, I am a conservative who is in an occupuation with an IQ of 120, per The Bell Curve! IN my oppinion, I am not that smart and am proud being a little above average! I know all the teachers and all the other government loosers want to tax we small businesses! We did not nor deserve success, per dumb ass when we hire workers and pay them well, do we?? I will shoot myself in the head, ie retire before I will bail out the retirement for teachers, police and fireman!! The democrats took over Congress in 2006 and it’s been a steady nose dive since. Obama was added to the mix in 2008, ala the disaster we have today.

Obama in 2012, and like old Clint stated you don’t replace the coach at half-time. Mitt cannot speak from the heart just listen to the guy most of his speeches are rehearsed and it is simply because the guy has no clue of the struggles with the poor, elderly, disabled and the blue collar workers. It is also good to know that people are on to him and the more Obama goes on the offensive the tougher it is going to be for mittmoney to over come especially when he can’t speak from the heart or relate to many inner city voters. The spin some of the rightwingers put on the Mittmoney campaign are nothing more then that just a losing cause, we all know what this guy is selling and it is snakeoil, just what carpetbaggers use to peddle.

First of all, the middle class has slowly been disected since Reagan became president. I voted for Reagan because like many Americans I felt we needed someone who could say enough is enough, you mess with Americans we mess with you. Of course Reagan’s second term was nothing but an economic disaster, and the trend continued with Bush who offered nothing different, because Reagan like Bush, invited corporations to hang out in the Whitehouse. Bush allowed big oil, big drug and big utilites to write their own polices which included generious tax breaks for themselves that have not changed, and have not favored the working person. Also here is a simple and honest assessment of the tax situations that some Republicans and teaparty people continue to claim. They accuse Obama of driving up taxes, but what they don’t say is the cost of doing business for workers has been increased by Republicans, and governors. Many workers especially public workers have seen increased contributions to healthcare, Pensions, SS, and Medicare. Many teachers and public employees have had to take days off without pay, don’t receive a cost of living raise and have had their yearly raises frozen, while all O.T, has been canceled. Worst yet there have been many who were laid off with budget cuts implemented by governors such as Walker, who gave out 58B in tax breaks to corporations and the wealthy. The truth is we are being taxed by Republicans and their policies but they are doing it in another fashion that has taken a bite out of many employees take home pay. Like one great President stated when approached by a corporate insider, “The Whitehouse is not for me to sell, it belongs to the American People” H.T….

Those waskally republicans aren’t in the Whitehouse now and don’t control Congress either. We have stagnation and decline that we can lay right on Obama’s doorstep. I voted for Barack Obama just like j.d. voted for Ronald Reagan. The snakeoil has a disgusting democrat flavor. We know now what a failure four years of Obama is and we clearly can’t stand four more.
