Nice to see some of the towns are using the money wisely and fixing their streets and infrastructure unlike Duluth wasting more money once again! Sell the Norshor and the aquarium and use the money for the ramp!

Before you can sell you have to find somone interested, and unless the city is willing to sell for $1 and borrow the party the money AND give tax incentives and pay for remodeling they won’t be able to sell (don’t be suprised to see all of that happen)
