Robin Huebner has always been a classy professional when delivering the news. I never heard her make rookie mistakes, like some other unnamed anchors, when pronouncing names of cities (of which most people know the correct pronunciation). Example: She doesn’t pronounce Greenwich, CT as “Green Witch”. Good luck Robin. Wish we could watch you in GF.

GF is a very SMALL market, as TV markets go. You wont see local TV news, in a city much smaller than GF. This is a starting point (entry level) for almost everyone at the (anchor) desk and in the field. The first chance they get to move up…they’re gone! Stars in their eyes!

Well there’s the BBC too…..Especially in their drama series…..In American series you generally get everyone looking like they just steped out of a photo shoot of some high class mag and seldom do you see many ordiary people unless they need a sacrificial lamb……On the BBC everyone looks vey ordinary and in fact maybe a bit less than ordinary, and every now and then you might find someone who is good looking.
As for the news……Wasn’t there a lot of anger a few years ago when certain trained journalist were being replaced by women with little or no news experience but who had model good looks. We’re not a superficial nation…That’s just how we really look in the good ol’ USA

The channel that gets my viewership when it comes to news is whichever one i happened to be watching when the news came on.
I dont even really watch it, i mostly listen while i do other things.
As far as i know they could be naked i wouldnt know.
Its kinda funny, Robin is th ONLY newsperson in our region i could name and even then its only because of the lawsuit in the news.
