If this is an economically viable project, then those shares would have been sold easily.
Another example of the public money being used for private use and where will it take the public? If this hotel is a good deal, it will happen with private money. If it is a bad deal, it will cost the public. And taking a subordinate position on the loan, to easy to wipe out the cities equity and start over. Not a good position for the people of worthington!!!
