He won the battle but will lose the war. I don’t think he should be to proud of his victory since he was very specific and aggressive in proclaiming the law was not a tax. He took senators to task as he scolded them on the topic. I would not be very proud of being either ignorant for not knowing or a liar if he did know and still professed it to not be a tax. Furthermore, being the author of a law that will likely further depress our economy, place Medicare in even more dire straits with a half a billion dollars being pulled from seniors, placing more people onto providers @ less than the cost of the service rates (Medicaid) and the prospect of a trillion dollars of expense and the highest tax on the middle class ever implemented, I think the jury is still out. The Supreme court of the land may have spoken, but CJ Roberts may be the one with all the cards as history plays out. We will find out in November.
