Its a back handed way of taking property and designating it as park land. if the school district wants to usurp
the citizens right to self government, and property rights, they will continue to erroniously use eminent domain as a tool to steal from owners and remove productive land from the tax rolls. if this land was origanlly designated for school use one must start to ask how is it that it does not have any school buildings on it?
hard to understand how far we have fallen.
