Gene, you read and post here enough, you should know the answer to your own question. If all we had to worry about was them giving out traffic tickets, I’d be grateful. Grand Forks crime is starting to raise inch by inch every year. I just hope when my kids grow up in the future, it will still be safe here.

I wouldn’t worry about it. Crime in Grand Forks is analogous to its rush hours; there really isn’t any. It’s why people leave their doors unlocked and the keys in their their car.

My sister got her car stolen that way while parked outside her house near the University. Just sayin’….it was a few years ago but it still counts.
