GF Council Welcomes New Members, Says Goodbye to Others

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) – On Tuesday, the city of Grand Forks said goodbye to two City Council members who together served almost 50 years. Eliot Glassheim and Curt Kreun hung up their city leader hats as two new members took their seats.
