Surprise, surprise.

Mayor Ness won’t be reliable because he’s Not running for reelection.
Councilman Frank won’t be reliable because he IS running for reelection.

So if the whole council should sit on the budget committee, why even have a budget committee? The purpose of a committee is to do the “dirty work” and then make a recommendation to the full council, and thereby eliminating time the full council would need to sort through things.

Having a council member who raises legitimate questions and digs into details can be a very positive thing. Having a council member who just keeps picking fights is not a good thing. Does this guy have a clue??

I like a guy who has heart, a fire under his …, and all that. But come on Virg, be a bit smarter about how you proceed in a city council meeting. There needs to be an air of professionalism about you. You are like a puppy, just sinking your teeth into everything without thinking it through a bit. Slow down, take a breath, think…then talk. Again, i appreciate the fire in your heart but this stuff has to stop.
