I was absolutely shocked to see the race of those fine gang rapists on the front page. I was equally shocked to see who’s accused of the stabbing in Virginia, there’s like 1 black guy in that town. I was SUPER shocked to see the race of the guys that stabbed the guy downtown a few months back? I just couldn’t believe it, what an absolute coincidence? Has to all be set up by the evil, racist, white folks. And I could give example after example, how about that home invasion in Cloquet, horrible white people.

It’s apparent the whites are at it over in Superior as well, just saw this in the hard copy, another fine black man is wanted for beating a woman in a parking lot. I am astounded!

Thanks for coming here & pointing out that black people commit crimes. That’s apparently the most important thing that comes to your mind when people are talking about racism.
Make sure you’re not just spreading that message anonymously like a coward. Share that message with your friends and family.
This stuff is important.

So far you’ve demonized blacks by what were wearing to push racist stereotype that are thugs, in a town BTW that 90% of the people have not a clue how to dress themselves when in public, and you’ve pushed stereotype of lazy by claiming that they must not have jobs because you drove past them during the day…wow, not to racist are you. Now you’re pushing the number one racist stereotype of white hate groups, that Blacks commit more violent crime and therefor there is behavior difference between races which they use to justify their rationalization to hate.
No surprise Dan H. cosigned your post and within 6 minutes no less..mmm…because Dan has been here for years trying to push that all crime is in Blackface. You conveniently overlooked on same page the white girl who’s committed numerous felonies and the white guy who’s embezzled hundreds of millions of dollars.
What you and Dan and all the other blockheads here spouting every possible racist stereotype and rationalization to demonize blacks are missing…is that while you think you are discrediting the notion of WSP you are actually all proofing how engrained and entrenched it is, how blind with hate and ignorance it makes people and removing any doubt that this campaign is necessary because Minnesota and this town in particular has a serious problem. The posts here are actually a testament to white racism and how brainwashed whites are by WSP.
You clearly don’t know a thing about race relations, your whole perspective on the world is tainted by racist stereotypes. Undeniable and undisputable scientifically proven fact is that behavior and intelligence is randomly distributed. This has little impact of course on ignorant people that cling to racist stereotypes to rationalize their irrational belief system.

The biggest problem with this campaign is that it is trying to help people understand what it’s like to be something they’re not in a “shame on you” way.
“It’s hard to see racism if you’re white” points the finger at white people and their inability to “See”. It’s also hard to understand what it’s like to be short if you’re a tall person. In both cases, it is about a person’s physical appearance. Now if short people were being unjustly discriminated against – or felt they were, I would have to wonder why. Do statistics show that an inordinate amount of short people are perpetrators of crime? Does what I see give me reason to discriminate?
Here’s what I see:
- News articles of “short people” committing violent crime
- “Short people” driving around during the middle of the work day clearly not on their way to or from work based on the way they are dressed and behaving
- “Short people” buying $375 worth of meat at the super market on their food card
- “Short people” walking/standing around in the downtown area
- Charitable resources of this community being abused by “short people”
So now there’s a campaign that’s supposed to make me aware (and sympathize?) “short people” are being followed around by security when they go in a store or police are targeting them and I’m supposed to feel this is unjust, racist and unfair. Frankly, if I was a short person, I wouldn’t be upset with the people stereotyping me, I’d be mad at all the other short people creating this stereotype.

Well, if I’ve denied that fact, I apologize. It wasn’t my intention.
I understand your arguments. You apparently don’t understand mine. If you understood my argument, you’d respond to it, and point out where I’m wrong (if I was wrong). You wouldn’t simply repeat the line that “Minorities commit a hugely disproportionate amount of crime.”

I think people are just tired of being called racists when they aren’t. There’s a point when this starts getting overboard, oversensitive and just plain tiresome. Should we do our best to combat racism? yes we should, but the white guilt some people feel shouldn’t be pushed on the rest of us. You don’t know me, I’m not a racist so stop telling me I’m a privileged white guy when i can hardly pay my own bills.

Pretty sure that billboard was a referance to the South Park episode “With apologies to Jesse Jackson.” I am sure it was some kids trying to be funny and not understanding not everyone watches South Park and gets the “inside joke”. (it is a good episode though, go to Comedy Central or Netflix it, but still an offensive one that discusses race and issues relating to white people looking at racism).

What ever happened to the beer summit thing? You know, the Crowley/Gates thing that Obama mediated. I don’t agree with Obama very often, but I thought he was onto something with the beer summit idea. Heck if anybody of any race wants to schedule a beer summit to vent about how bad I am because I’m a white Christian conservative I’m in, that is as long as your buying the beer …
