In a time of job loss, economic slowdown, mortgage crisis, a 1990′s “WOW” design is offensive. LEED adds 5-6% to the budget. Seems there is a local business in town that helps achieve the same LEED standards without the cost. Wouldn’t get the little plaque but would save money. The hoi poiloi arrive in Duluth via 35.
