Maybe the R.F. Journal should dig into this more and fulfill it’s obligation to the community to report what your city government is doing, be it good or bad. The Journal should pursue this issue more, plus ‘shake the tree’ of the city government and see what else falls out. Obviously something is amiss if you have unfavorable court ruling that is going to cost the taxpayers money. And just to make things clear they should not blame Scott Walker for this error if they are looking for a scapegoat.
