Police say the main source and man in connection with both synthetic drug cases is behind bars tonight.
But will this stop what police call a ‘major’ drug problem in the area?

It really dosen’t matter if you continue to make certain things more difficult to buy in the stores to make these duges…They’ll always find new things to mix together. I know this is totally taboo in America…But in the Neatherlands they’ve legalized pot for several years now and drug abuse has gone down (Especially herion).
“But what about the kids if pot is legal for adults?” Hell…Alcohol is supposed to only be for adults and they get that too…At least pot wouldn’t be either alcohol or these killer drugs. If kids are going to do dumb things wouldn’t it be better that it’s finding ways to get state controlled pot rather than these deadly who know whats in them drugs?

In moderation there is nothing wrong with pot. But I know a few people that smoke it in excess. It has affected their lives just like alcohol does with certain people. It is fun to smoke as long as you know when enough is enough. You can’t wake up with a pot hangover in the morning, go to work with red eyes, and expect to keep a serious job for long. That’s why all the pot heads I know work in bars and restaurants. They are excellent chefs.

That’s right, but it is the least of the many evils…And unless you did something like drink liquid THC by the glass full I don’t think you can over dose. Granted even if pot was legal there’d still be people trying to make other stuff, but it probably wouldn’t get as amny takers.
Kind of funny how these boards show zero comments on the topics when there is some…

My sister’s ex boyfriend was murdered years ago over a bad coke deal. He lost money and he couldn’t come up with the cash to pay the dealer. My dad hated the guy. Now as it turns out he is buried a few holes down from where my parents bought cemetery plots a few weeks ago. They had no idea until they went out to the cemetery to look over their purchase. They are currently looking for a different location to spend eternity.

To throw in a littlle History 101 may I refer you to any number of excellent text on Prohibition.
To round out our trip through the general education requirements lets try Political Science 101 for $200. Why is our border to the south so poRous? Ask the employers. Until we quit locking up the illegals, & start putting the pressure on the people who hire them, the problem will never be solved.

Besides the cartels there’s a lot of money to be made by keeping even just pot illegal. I’m guesing there’s a lot of money going to candadates who take a strong stand against trying to stop this insane war on drugs in its current form. I’m not ready to go the libertarian route and say all drugs should be legal because I once knew that world and you just don’t want an open door policy. But the current way of dealing with the whole drug issue is basically draing us as a country, and making the cartels and those who build and maintain prisons, and supply law enforcement with tools…..Extremely rich….

please before you read this be rational people and realise just because someone is behind bars under our justice system drug addictions/dependencies are going to stop. It wont but should we hold others responsible for the choices we make as individuals to choose to use these substances?2 lives have already been lost why destroy another 2 by incarcerating them for long periods of time? Do you believe they had intentionally meant harm or death to these two men that died? Something needs to change in the united states as far as controlled substances if we know a chemical to be harmful make it illegal instead of allowing it to be sold in commercial businesses and distributed to the public with little or no warnings until something like this has to happen? If this were cocaine or methamphetamines this story would be just another tragic drug overdose involving death but the public is already aware of the dangers of these drugs .
