The Northland’s congressional delegation toured flood-ravaged Duluth neighborhoods Friday and pledged to do all they can to obtain adequate federal assistance for the area.

As a kid growing up I know my parents would have forbid me to go anywhere near ANY damages caused by the flooding. I sincerely hope that these boys came out of that crevice unharmed.

Julie, the walls of that trench could cave in anytime. Thats why they make trench boxes to protect the workers.
